Mt Difficulty Dry Riesling 2007
“Dry and delicate yet with impressive power. The mineral, lime and floral flavours are accessible thanks to a razor-sharp acidity that shows no traces of hardness. A warm summer produced the earliest harvest date on record with riper flavours and softer acidity than usual. The wine was fermented to total dryness, allowed an extended period on the lees to develop greater palate weight and then blended with a sweeter wine to give a perfect sugar balance. The texture is ethereal and the finish long.” – Gourmet Traveller, April/May 2009 View Mt Difficulty Dry Riesling 2008
