Mt Difficulty Pipeclay Terrace Pinot Noir 2007

The Stonier International Pinot Noir Tasting held at the Art Gallery of NSW on Monday 21 September, 2009. All wines were tasted single blind in two brackets of six with discussion after each bracket and identities only revealed at the very end of the tasting.

“Complexity and power. Dark fruit, some herb garden notes and plenty of creamy oak. Lush smooth powdery tannins and excellent length. Oak plays a part but a real wow wine. 95 points”.
