RobertParker.com awards 07 Pipeclay Pinot 93 points

Usually cropped at less than 1 ton per acre. Only 350-400 cases are produced – the single vineyards are not made every year, only when that vineyard makes an extraordinary wine. Unfined / unfiltered.  Med+ ruby - purple colour. Intense cherry, loam, earthy and moss aromas. Concentrated, rich fruit on the palate enlivened by medium to high acid. Medium to firm level of fine tannins. Long finish.
