Grown in the Target Gully vineyard at Bannockburn, in Central Otago, the 2009 vintage is highly scented, with good intensity of lemon, apple and lime flavours, a distinct splash of sweetness (40 grams/litre of residual sugar) and fresh, tangy acidity. It’s deliciously light and lively.
