Mt Difficulty Sauvignon Blanc 2009

“Grown at Bannockburn, the 2009 vintage () was hand-picked, tank-fermented and matured for four months on its yeast lees, with weekly stirring. Weighty and fully dry, but not austere, it has crisp, ripe tropical-fruit flavours to the fore and a touch of lees-aged complexity. Showing excellent body, vigour and richness, it’s one of the best Central Otago Sauvignon Blancs I’ve tasted.”
