Mt Difficulty Pinot Gris 2006
The 2006 Pinot Gris has a lifted nose, which reminded me of a restrained Viognier with hints of vanilla pod and apple blossom. The palate is very well-balanced with good acidity, nice tension from start to finish with apple, lime and black currant leaf towards the very focused, delineated finish.
