Mt Difficulty Chardonnay 2002
Tropical fruits predominate in the aroma of this Chardonnay, with underlying mealy, coconut and vanilla notes all adding complexity. The palate starts with ripe tropical fruit characters moving into a mid palate with excellent texture and weight from extended lees contact and barrel ageing. A good nutty phenolic finish balances the wine’s natural acidity.
