Central Otago Pinot Noir Celebration - Luncheon at Mt Difficulty
Jason Dell, Head Chef at Blanket Bay Luxury Lodge, Glenorchy, was invited to prepare a meal for one of several lunches which were held throughout the region as part of the weekend celebrations. Jason has been extremely busy recently with the release of his new book "Savvy", which has been very well received. Below is the menu Jason prepared for the event - we were thrilled with the excellent food and wine matches he created, and the lunch was thoroughly enjoyed by all who attended. We were joined for this luncheon by local wineries Desert Heart and Pisa Range Estate.
