More Gold Success

The Mt Difficulty 2002 Sauvignon Blanc has just won a 'Double Gold' in the San Francisco International Wine Competition.

This competition is seen as the most prestigious competition in the USA. A Double Gold indicated that all judges placed the wine as Gold standard. A clean sweep!

There were over 3500 entries from all over the world.

Mt Difficulty have previously won Gold medals at home with Sauvignon Blanc, but now the ability of Central Otago to make world class Sauvignon Blanc as well as Pinot Noir is being recognised.
